Michelle Phan (born April 11, 1987) is a Vietnamese make-up artist for Lancome. She gained fame by uploading make-up tutorials on her YouTube account. Michelle is currently the 2nd most subscribed beauty guru, beaten only by Bethany Mota and is a YouTube partner. Recently, Michelle re-launched MyGlam under the name of ipsy, and itssubscribers receive a glam bag every month. Michelle has a brother named Steve, who is married to beauty guru Promise Phan. Promise does make-up looks, and transformations. She appears in such Michelle videos as Doll Lashes, Enchanting Prom, Michelle Phan Look and Moonlight Seduction.
